Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AquaFlow, a Water Refilling Station Management System that helps water refilling businesses manage customers, deliveries, sales, expenses, staff, and business documents.

By creating an account or using AquaFlow, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.

AquaFlow is a free, medium-sized business tool. These Terms use plain language and are not a substitute for professional legal advice; you should have them reviewed by a qualified legal professional before relying on them for commercial operation.

2. Definitions

  • Owner — a person who registers and operates a water refilling station account.
  • Staff — a person the Owner authorizes to use the system on the station's behalf.
  • Customer — a person or household whose information a station records to provide water products and delivery services.
  • Content — any information, records, documents, or images entered or uploaded into the system.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

To use AquaFlow, you must:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Be authorized to manage the business you register
  • Keep your account credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Owners are responsible for creating, managing, and removing staff accounts, and for ensuring staff only access information they are authorized to use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the system for any unlawful purpose
  • Enter information you are not authorized to collect or store
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other businesses' data
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the system
  • Misuse another user's account or credentials

5. Customer Data and Your Responsibilities

When you record customer or business information in AquaFlow, your business remains the party responsible for that information. You are responsible for:

  • Collecting customer information lawfully and fairly
  • Using it only for legitimate business operations
  • Complying with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable laws
  • Responding to requests from customers regarding their information

AquaFlow provides the tools to manage this information but does not control how your business collects or uses it.

6. Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the documents and images you upload. You must not upload content that you are not authorized to share or that violates the rights of others. We may remove content that is unlawful or that violates these Terms.

7. Service Availability

AquaFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As a free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the system will meet every business requirement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the system. Your use of the system is at your own risk.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the system, or pose a security risk. You may stop using the system and request account closure at any time, subject to legal and operational requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

AquaFlow, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by its operator. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the system. The Content you enter remains yours and your business's responsibility.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the system after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Philippine law and the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
